Culture
1-on-1
This is a one-on-one meeting between a supervisor and a team member. Held at least once a month, it deepens mutual understanding, promotes the growth of both the organization and individuals, and strengthens the trust within the team.
Team Lunch
To promote interaction within the department, we hold a monthly lunch or dinner gathering. By casually dining with colleagues, supervisors, and team members, we enhance our understanding of the business and strengthen team cohesion.
All Hands
Once a month, we share updates online with the entire company, including introductions of new employees, self-introductions from existing staff, MVP awards, and announcements of upcoming events, all related to the organization.
Kozy Channel
Once a month, we share updates online with the entire company regarding the budget achievements of each department, projects, and company policies, as well as other relevant topics related to the organization.
2nd CV
This is an introduction profile for each employee. It includes information about their hometown, culture, special skills, and even recommended anime, showcasing their unique personalities. This format makes it easy to discover commonalities and surprises, helping to promote communication among employees.
Atlas Chat Time
Once a month, pairs randomly selected from all company members, including executives, engage in casual conversations for about 30 minutes, either online or in person. Sometimes, 30 minutes isn’t enough, and they enjoy chatting for about an hour over lunch or in other ways. This initiative helps foster mutual understanding.
Open Door
Occasionally, our CEO, Koji Yamamoto, hosts conversations with employees who wish to participate, either individually or in groups. Participants can freely choose topics ranging from personal matters to company-related subjects. This initiative fosters understanding of the company and its business while helping employees achieve their career goals.
Flexible Working Hours
We have implemented a flextime system (without core hours), allowing individuals to choose their working hours according to their personal lifestyles.
Shared Office Lounge
Our office is located within the Work Styling Kasumigaseki, where members have free access to a shared lounge. In addition to complimentary beverages like coffee and tea, light snacks such as sweets are also available. The seating design varies, featuring semi-private boxes and areas by beautiful windows, allowing employees to choose their preferred workspace based on their mood for the day.
Employee Welfare Benefits
The 'Welfare Benefits Club' is an outsourcing service for employee benefits operated by Relo Club.
Free Drinks
In the pantry space within the office, a variety of beverages, including coffee and tea, are always on hand and available for free.
Hybrid work model
Employees can freely choose between working in the office or remotely (with at least one day in the office per week). Currently, the most common arrangement is a hybrid style of three days in the office and two days remote. The office operates on a free-address system, allowing collaborative team members to gather and work together.
